Welcome

Welcome to Big Valley Christian School, a ministry of Big Valley Grace Church, a place where you will find a unique blend of academic excellence with a strong spiritual foundation. Our teachers and staff are committed to providing students with a college preparatory curriculum integrated with biblical teaching, all in a loving and caring environment. We work to challenge, but not frustrate, our students and to equip them to impact the world for Christ.

As parents, you work hard to nurture, protect and prepare your children for the future. Yet your children will spend more than 1,200 hours each year away from you at school. That’s more than 16,000 hours in their lifetime. What could be more important than where your child goes to school?

At Big Valley Christian School, we know each of our students by name. We know their unique talents and their individual needs, and we work as a team – student, parents, teachers and staff – to make sure that they each grow academically, spiritually and socially.

Most organizations have a mission statement. Mission statements exist as a guide for decision-making. At Big Valley Christian School in preschool – 12th grade, our mission is to nurture and equip students to impact the world for Christ. Does your family have a mission statement? If part of your family’s mission is to train your children up to be fully devoted followers of Christ, then I strongly encourage you to consider Big Valley Christian School. We would be honored to partner with you as you seek God’s best for your children’s education.

I invite you to take a tour with one of our principals. You can schedule a tour by calling 209-527-3481 (preschool – 6th grade) or 209-571- 4800 (7th – 12th grade). "These commandments that I give to you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up." - Deuteronomy 6:6-7
